The world’s top chefs gathered at the 13th annual Fusion-International Gastronomic Summit in Madrid to showcase new, cutting-edge techniques and innovative recipes to create the ultimate experience in cuisine and dining.
The renowned Spanish chefs included Joan Roca of the celebrated three-star Michelin Guide’s restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, Elena Arzak and Quique Dacosta. Other international chefs speaking at the culinary event included Thomas Keller, Joël Robuchon and Daniel Patterson.
The Wilson Group’s European associate Emilio Calcerrada, seen with Joan Roca and other prominent chefs above, attended the event.
The summit featured countless food and wine tastings, award ceremonies, and demonstrations. Among others, Arzak talked about the eternal importance of leafy greens. Joan Roca presented a workshop on vacuum cooking while Patterson discussed the advantages of cooking with “A California State of Mind”.
